2 Account Registration & Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on kk34, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Each individual may operate only one account. kk34 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds if an attempt is made to open multiple accounts.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
The name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details provided at the time of account registration must be accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the kk34 support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into kk34:
- bKash — Minimum deposit amount ৳200.
- Nagad — Minimum deposit amount ৳200.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — Minimum deposit amount ৳200.
- Upay — Minimum deposit amount ৳200.
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal:
- The account must be fully verified.
- The wagering requirement for any applicable bonus must be met (see Section 4 for details).
- There must be no active investigation or suspicion of fraud.
If there is any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity, kk34 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at kk34 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳12,000 or more and get a bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each account may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Restrictions on using the bonus on certain games or markets may apply, and these will be stated in the promotion details.
- kk34 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

- Opening an account under another person's name or details.

- Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to operate games.

- Deceiving the support team by providing false information.
If prohibited activities are detected, kk34 reserves the right to report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
